Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms apply to the public PitchvioEvals demo at pitchvio.info (also reachable at the legacy deployment address evalsprint.vercel.app) (“the demo”), operated by the maintainer of the PitchvioEvals open-source project. By using the demo you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the demo.

The software and the demo are different things. The PitchvioEvals source code is licensed under the MIT License, which governs copying, modifying and running it yourself. These terms cover only the hosted demo.

1. What the demo is

The demo is a free, early-stage (v0.1) preview for trying PitchvioEvals. It runs only the mock provider, which returns fixture outputs from your suite. It does not call any AI model.

2. Permitted use

You may use the demo to explore PitchvioEvals and to evaluate your own test suites. You agree not to:

If you find a security issue, please report it responsibly (see Contact) rather than exploiting it.

3. Your prompts and test data

You're responsible for the prompts, test cases and other content you enter, and for having the right to use them. Don't enter personal data, secrets or confidential information on the public demo. Suites are stored in your browser, and the maintainer does not claim any ownership of them. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

4. Availability

The demo is provided free of charge and on a best-effort basis. It may be slow, unavailable, rate-limited, changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Suites saved in your browser may be lost if browser data is cleared or the storage format changes, so export anything you want to keep.

5. Limits of evaluation results

You remain responsible for decisions you make based on evaluation results.

6. Third-party AI providers

The public demo doesn't use any third-party AI provider. If you run your own instance with the optional Anthropic integration, your use of Anthropic's API is governed by your agreement with Anthropic, and you are responsible for your API key, usage and costs.

7. Disclaimer

The demo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, the maintainer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the demo or its results. This mirrors the disclaimer in the MIT License that covers the software itself.

8. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the project evolves. The date above will change, and the history is public in the repository. Continuing to use the demo after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Contact
